Our subscription plans ensure that your device remains connected and fully functional, offering peace of mind for you and your loved ones. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and options available for ongoing service after your initial purchase.

  • Upfront Payment

    When you purchase a Halo Personal Alarm, there is a one-time upfront payment of £99. This fee covers the cost of the device, setup, and activation. After the initial payment, you can choose from our flexible subscription plans to keep your device connected and receive ongoing support.

  • Subscription Options

    We offer three subscription plans to suit your needs: Monthly Subscription Quarterly Subscription Annual Subscription Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.   • Subscription Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your Halo Personal Alarm will lose its connectivity and monitoring services at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • Subscription Renewal

    Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the plan you selected. You will receive a notification before your subscription is renewed. To avoid renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

  • Changes to Subscription Plans

    We reserve the right to modify subscription fees and terms. You will be notified in advance of any changes to your subscription plan, and these changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
